STAR Program
The Nursing Student Training Affiliate Role (STAR) Program provides summer intern opportunities for RN students. Prior to the start of the STAR program, an RN student must expect to graduate from nursing school within one (1) year. During the 11-week STAR program, nursing students will enhance professional nursing skills while working under the direction of nursing professionals on units selected in application.
STAR begins in late May each year with a 11-week temporary employment status. No health benefits are offered with STAR employment.
