Loving Arms
Loving Arms, the adoption and surrogacy support program at Poudre Valley Hospital and Medical Center of the Rockies, was developed with you and your family in mind.
Adoption
We are committed to giving you, your baby, the adoptive family and everyone involved compassionate care. We understand that every situation is unique. We strive to create a nurturing environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, and without judgment.
You can download a copy of the Loving Arms brochure that gives an overview of the program. We have also created an adoption plan/birth plan to give us a clear understanding of your wishes throughout the birthing and recovery stages of your hospital stay. We encourage you to fill it out and send it back to us one month prior to your due date if possible. A complete adoption birth plan will help us give you the best possible care and experience.
Surrogacy
We realize there are many arrangement options for surrogate pregnancies. Our goal is to respect your surrogacy plan to the best of our abilities. To facilitate your preparations, please provide our counseling staff with the details of your surrogacy plan one month prior to your due date.
