You and your child might recognize that "TTFN." It's right out of Winnie the Pooh, a fun tale for kids of any young age to bigger kids up to 100 years-plus.

Winnie loved honey, of course, but TTFN tomato would surely be second in line--and much more healthy.
Pour hot, low-sodium tomato soup into a thermos. This is good for cold weather, but, hey, tomato soup is great for any time of the year and for any age.

Put a small container of oyster crackers or whole-wheat crackers in your child's lunch.
Add in some fruit-a banana, apple, pear, or orange-and a bottle of water.
While you're preparing this sack lunch, spend some time talking to your child about Winnie and buddies. Here's a link to learn more info.
