To make an appointment for your child, call the Peakview Medical Center central appointment line at 970.392.4752. No referral is necessary.
If after speaking to the appointment desk you need more individual help, feel free to call our office at 970.313.2700 and ask for your physician's nurse. She or he will be happy to answer your questions and put you in touch with your provider when appropriate.

We are associated with Urgent Care at Greeley Medical Clinic. The nurses and physicians there have full and simple access to your child's medical records, ensuring continuity of care.
