- Spread fat-free Miracle Whip inside a half piece of open pita bread.
- Sprinkle a little paprika or other herb that you child might like on slice of additive-free chicken or turkey.
- Put some dark green lettuce leaves or spinach leaves, and slide the this along with the meat into the pita bread.
- Add an apple or pear to the sack lunch. Try to get organic fruit. The cost is a bit more, but it helps keep alway insecticides. If you don't use organic, give the fruit a good washing with warm water and soap.
