1 square (1oz) dark unsweetened baking chocolate 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar or Splenda Pinch of salt ¼ tsp. vanilla extract 2 cups 1% milk or soy milk
Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Makes 2 cups (serving size: 1 cup).
