- 2 Slices whole grain bread
- 1 teaspoon pesto
- 2 Slices tomato
Toast the bread. Spread the pesto on 1 side of a slice of toast. Top with tomato and the second slice of toast. Serve.
Makes 1 sandwich. Pair with half a cup of tomato soup and an apple for a healthy meal.
