Cookbook project: Dishing it Out in Northern Colorado

Dishing it Out in Northern Colorado is a cookbook created by and benefiting the volunteer services department at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, Colo.

The cookbook costs $24. Net proceeds of the cookbook go directly to Poudre Valley Health System needs.
