Public transportation to Poudre Valley Hospital

Public transportation and taxi service are available to Poudre Valley Hospital. PVH does not provide transportation to or from the hospital.

Bus service

The City of Fort CollinsTransfort Bus Service offers several routes that connect with the #5 yellow line that runs directly by the hospital on Lemay Avenue every 60 minutes.

FLEX is a regional route that connects Fort Collins, Loveland, Berthoud and Longmont.

Dial-A-Ride

If you need extra help, Dial-A-Ride is a door-to-door paratransit service for individuals who, because of a disability, can't use the Transfort bus service. Hours are from 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Call Dial-A-Ride at 970.224.6066.

Taxi service

Yellow Cab taxi provides taxi service in Loveland, Fort Collins, Greeley and Longmont. Call Yellow Cab at 970.224.2222.
