Family Health Care of the Rockies moves to Harmony Campus

Family Health Care of the Rockies is now caring for patients on the Harmony Campus in Fort Collins.

The clinic's new address is 2121 E. Harmony Road, Suite 230 (Building A), which is on the southeast corner of the intersection of Timberline and Harmony roads.

The office of Drs. David Ferguson, Megan Haldy, Patricia Palagi and Matthew Ptaszkiewicz, the clinic is part of Colorado Health Medical Group, formerly known as Poudre Valley Medical Group.

In addition to the move, Dr. Brienne Loy from Colorado Health Medical Group Family Medicine on Prospect Road has joined the team. Dr. Loy is a family medicine physician who cares for patients of all ages. Her special interests include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, sports medicine and women's health.
