Crunchy veggie wrap with banana and milk
- 1 crunchy veggie wrap
- 1 banana
- 1 cup skim or 1% milk
Crunchy veggie wrap
- 1 whole wheat tortilla or wrap
- 1 tb. prepared hummus dip
- ¼ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tb roasted red peppers, chopped
- 2 tb feta cheese
- 2 tb chopped zucchini
Spread hummus on one side of tortilla or wrap. Sprinkle all other ingredients down the center and roll up. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
