Healthy sack lunch: Peanut butter banana wrap with vegetable sticks and milk
- 1 banana wrap
- ½ cup cucumber sticks and ½ cup carrot sticks with 2 tbsp. light ranch dressing
- 8 oz skim or 1% milk
Banana wrap
- 1 medium whole wheat tortilla
- 1 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 large banana
Spread peanut butter evenly over tortilla. Place peeled whole banana in middle of tortilla. Pick up one side of the tortilla and roll the banana until the whole tortilla is encircling the banana.
Makes one serving.
