Dr. Kelby Bethards has joined Poudre Valley Medical Group and began seeing patients this week.
He is board-certified in family medicine and will care for patients at the medical group's three urgent care centers: Greeley Urgent Care, 1900 16th St.; Loveland Urgent Care, 3850 N. Grant Ave; and Harmony Urgent Care, 2127 E. Harmony Road, Fort Collins.
Poudre Valley Medical Group is the region's largest and fastest-growing physician group. The multi-specialty group is part of Poudre Valley Health System, which provides health care and wellness services in northern Colorado, Wyoming and southwestern Nebraska.
Dr. Bethards, a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Medicine, Iowa City, Iowa, fulfilled his residency from 2000 to 2003 in the family medicine residency program at Poudre Valley Hospital's Family Medicine Center in Fort Collins.
For the past two years, he has worked full-time as an emergency room doctor in Granby. In addition, he has cared for patients at Melissa Memorial Hospital in Holyoke and worked as a preceptor for residents at the Fort Collins Family Medicine Center since 2003.
