The concierge assists patients, families and visitors with personal services and needs. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please don't hesitate to ask.
The concierge can help you with services including:

Hotel accommodations. Our concierge can help with discounted rates at a number of hotels near MCR and in the surrounding area.

Referrals and directions to local restaurants, parks and businesses.

Business centers with phones, faxes and copy machines.

Notary services and other support for advance directives and living wills.

Complimentary guest service bag including toothbrush, toothpaste, travel-size shampoo and conditioner.

A kitchen caddy with pots, pans and assorted dinnerware for family use in the family lounges.

Washer and dryer use.

7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday
9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Saturday
10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Sunday
